Each property will be assigned a 5* housekeeper who will get to know the property from A-Z and be responsible for your changeovers. Each and every housekeeper is trained to an exceptionally high standard and will fully understand what you and your guests expect.
Each changeover itinerary is specifically tailored to your needs. An example of the changeover service the housekeeper provides:
Guest contact - The day before arrival we will inform guests of the access procedure (usually via a key safe) and answer any queries..
Providing the guests with housekeepers mobile in case of emergency, available 24/7
Cleaning and servicing of the property on arrival and departure.
Provision of Laundry and Linen (property's own or hired from us)
Changeovers will always be carried out on the day of departure simply to ensure that
Properties are safe and securly locked up.
In case of late bookings/last minute changes
Linen Service and Full Hire
We offer a full linen cleaning service based on either using a commercial laundry or in-house linen clean. We also replace any damaged linen/tea towels/towels that get damaged through normal wear and tear. We have our own Jurassic Coast Laundry Services based in Seaton, Devon where we can take care of all your laundry needs to our own high standards.
We can also provide your entire linen/towels needs with a weekly hire charge avoiding the need for you to provide this.
Any linen needs are additional in cost however in-house linen cleans are included within our rates.
For a premium service we hire out The White Company linen and for anything else use standard hotel linen.
Complimentary Welcome Toiletries
These are provided in each bathroom and add a nice touch. We use The White Company branded shampoo, conditioner, soaps and hand wash.
Housekeepers will undergo strict training, along with an on site training clean. A quality check list is issued to each housekeeper that they receive during the induction course.
We undertake regular quality checks on all properties, to ensure our high quality standards are consistently met throughout our properties and all receive a first class service.
Initially, prior to the first let, a complete set-up clean will be carried out. As a base from which to work this allows us to keep the property immaculate throughout the season. If the property is not booked for a period of time then we will go in prior to the next booking and do a refresh clean, dust and hoover, etc.
We do not require you to provide any equipment or cleaning materials and everything we use is of the highest quality and completely non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
